Well got 13,646 steps an hit the gym for a series of weights. 2 sets of 12 reps each. Hit multiple machines.

Feb 28

Well had low blood sugar this morning at 61 drank some apple juice and 15 minutes later it was 105. This morning it was 154. I have to figure this thing out.

Ate good for breakfast this morning and am meeting Tracy at the gym after work. We are going to lift a few weights.

Little ice on the way in this morning actually slid for a while on bannister coming in. I did recover so it is all good.

First thunderstorm

First thunder and lightening of the year tonight. It was a pretty good storm. The backyard looks like a lake. Had pizza for dinner. I know bad start but we did do wii fit for 30 minutes each.

Lunch

Pulled lunch at el maguay. Had chili colorado.

Auto feeder

Bought pepper an auto feeder today. He likes the one kitty has and this way he gets his food at the same time ever time. I hope he likes it.

Got a plus one before breakfast at ihop I an having a sampler.

Pepper did it and is now graduated an and professional puppy.

Well I near biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Two biscuits and sausage gravy and milk.

Feb 26 day 1

Okay so this is the real day one and time to be serious and get on track. The weight was 252.2 this morning and I am ready to see it go down.

Last puppy class today on Pepper's six month birthday. Then home to straighten up and relax some as it will be cold today.

Pierponts and Grease

Tonight we at having dinner at Pierponts and then going to see Grease the musical.

Well winter storm warning again. Ice and snow on the way. Back on class but starting to feel better about it. I think I might shoot for taking it in Friday afternoon.

Kayla is 20 today and we are taking her o dinner tonight. She got cash for her birthday $250 so she could take her test. I am back to class today working on that certification. Brian passed his I have to get it this time.

Back in class to try and pass the teat this time. I really need to get this one in and then three to go. I want to get the Certs I need to make sure life continues the eat it is.

I have been thinking way to much about how things can take one turn and change so quickly. I must do what I Can to prevent that from happening.

Good start today we are heading to cache in Richmond after blueberry pancakes. We are also planning to grab two more jobs with the new app. That will bring me to four total with 22$. We did have a good night with the girls. Plus one

Well we are cleaning now and having he girls over for dinner. Puppy class went well and next week is graduation I know he can do it.

Well it is over no gifts and no trips but a good day. We laughed a lot and had some fun and now to start the next year together. I did get Tracy a charm bracelet. It was supposed to start with a charm in Canada.

Well the high today is 70 so the top is coming off. Not sure what we will do but we are heading out and about with Pepper. I think we might try the new top as well.

Day before and it should be 70 today. Thinking about taking the top off and heading out later. Not sure I also need to come up with a present for tomorrow. Should be in canada but oh well where ever we can be together.

Zac told Amy it was over last night. Appears he has feelings for someone else. I know Amy was hurt and so was Zac but it was the right thing to do.

Started playing scrabble with Tricia yesterday and won the first game 301 - 233. Fun game.

New razor

Used my new razor today my bad good cut and blades last a year. Zac chatted with us last night and will have a rough month but he is strong and will be fine. It is Valentines day and I have my gift ready to go of course things are a not more awkward now that Canada is off. It will be okay though.

Geocaching

First geocache expedition of the year we got two and went about two and a half miles round trip. It was fun and nice at the same time. Pepper had a good time.

Long walk

Puppy class was good today. Pepper did a great job. Then we went on the long walk today at the park. Pepper really enjoyed it but Tracy got tired. I have 10,400 right now

Low

Blood sugar at 12:37 was 57. Got up and ate some applesauce and milk. Must have been to much cause it was 123 this morning.

Day done

Well it was not the best day I only got 597 on the test, needed 700 to pass. So looks like I will be trying again. I ate at the boat with Tracy and got crab legs that were good. I only got in 8930 today.

Big day

Well today is the big test day for 70-290. I take the test at 12:30, I an ready. Have a meeting at 9:30 and when it is over I will head to the test center.

Great day

Very nice day today, I ate well and got in 11,441 steps today.

Accident

Well I was hit on the way to work. Not to much damage but it did really delay me getting to work. And it caused me to not get to study for my measure up test.

I did ace it 100%. So not bad.

Needless to say it screwed up my whole day. Only 3590 steps today but I did eat right.

Well 11,022 for the day. Study going well and eating good again.

It was a great start now to keep it up. Today we will add in weights. This might just work.

Over

Well I was good all day. Got 14,081 steps on did 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.3 roughly with a 3.0 incline.

Getting there

Well my studies finally have be at number 800. I am in the hone stretch figuring I can finish round 1 tomorrow then start my review and be ready for Friday. I have my measure up guarantee on wednesday. Looks like it might be a good week.

Another start

Well this is the official start of time to do something about it. So far so good.

Pepper on the over hand is a handful. He went out to go potty several times last night then this morning he goes right in the middle of the room. He is confined top the hard wood floor area now as punishment. We decided that would be a good punishment when he does that. Other than that and the fact that he is always in your face he is awesome.

Last night was fun ended up there for over 5 hours. Good time. Forgot my pills and was sick before we went. But finally plus one.

More

Well cleaning house is hard work. It will payoff in the end though.

Up early have already done a ton including a walk in the park. An eating lung with Tracy then I know we are to her parents house later. Pepper is doing great in class.

Well Tracy has a birthday today and I have a great might planned out. She even gets a massage and lunch with Ashley today. I gave her the first present already. An assortment of belly button rings she said she wants one later. The other things will keep.

Better present was a new watch. I think it is a good one.

Great day

It has been a great day. My jeep I back to normal. Pepper got a walk in the park and it is the day before Tracy's birthday. I got in a lot of studying also and scheduled my test for next Friday. It was also a plus 1 day.

Okay test scheduled for Friday the 11th so I just have finish getting ready to take it.

Well the day before her birthday and the Jeep is having some kind of issue. The steering is very shaky at 35 not sure what is going in but with all the snow I hope it is not bad. pepper I doing great and almost all better now.

Blizzard 2011

Well they did get one right it is really coming down now. The snow is piling up and snow plows are off the roads. Many things are closed and I would say conditions are very bad. There mist be 5 or 6 inches in the driveway already with 10 more or so still coming. this would have been a great christmas snow.

Not bad

My number was better than I thought 7.0 so I am pleased. Taking Tracy for birthday lunch at on the border I am trying enchiladas.

Well the big blizzard is here. I have lab work today and am sure I will not like the results. Am requesting my old medicine again to try and get the upper hand back. I know I need to be more serious and work harder so that is what I am going to do. On a good note Pepper got to cone home last night.
