What an awesome day for the last day of 2011. We sank a submarine and air craft carrier only leaving a patrol boat. He weather was perfect about 65 and bright and sunny. Got the oil changed in the Kia. Also keeping Cheyenne tonight. A

December 30 - k

Awesome day for the next to the last day of a great year. This next year is going to be different. I am going to try harder to walk the straight and narrow. The time has come to finally get there. You know where there is and how to get there so now it is just about doing it.

Steps 7300 but I plan on setting up a good set going forward. Plus one and tomorrow is all about battleship. Plan on caching all day while the weather is nice and 61 on the last day of 2011. Soon we start a whole new year.

Got to see Cheyenne today. All went well no eating out that makes day one.

Great day so far. Day two of rehab. The holidays are almost over and the countdown to Hawaii has begun. This is a picture of my granddaughter.

Nice day. Exchanged the bracket for a longer one. Took Tracy to dinner on the plaza and gave her a ring. Kayla got her some pandora and Ashley got her an xbox game. About 9,000 steps today

December 25 - aksz

Talked to all the kids today. Got Tracy and iPad 2 a pandora bracelet and obsession. I got an Xbox 360 and a kick ass walking stick.

December 24 - ak

Saw Cheyenne and managed to do two more jobs. That makes 100 for the year. Tomorrow is the big day, weather does not seen much like Christmas but it is here anyway. Even got almost 10,000 steps and cleaned the garage.

December 23 - k

Lovely day. Finished out shopping. Have to get a couple of pictures printed tomorrow and then home for the weekend. Got over 14,000 steps in today. Life is good.

Well a fine day. Saw cheyenne and had my christmas lunch at work. Going to have a good one tomorrow also.

Shawn is a year older today. I started rehab. It is going to be a long road. Christmas party tomorrow. Life is awesome.

Well Zac is in Spain. Chatted through texting. Had dinner with ashley and Alex and Cheyenne so it was good. Bought a couple of dolls for my box. Jessie from toy story and someone from monster high. The. We got 15 movies and a set of Santa characters. Plus one and got 10,570 steps.

Another nice day. Did my shopping and took Zac to the airport. Got to see Cheyenne.

Perfect day. Saw Sherlock Holmes and did not eat out. Plus one

Nice day. We had lunch and Christmas exchange at work. I got a $15 starbucks card and a Justin bieber toothbrush. About 7400 steps today.

Dreary day. Saw the doctor and for a cortizone shot. He is also sending me to three weeks of rehab. I am going to do what I can to avoid surgery.

Looking at a new life plan to get us both in shape. The time has come to stop talking about it and do something.

Life is good. Got cheyenne a cool new toy to learn her name. Rain today and tomorrow.

Good times with the little one today. We set a new record on ping pong of 168. Did some shopping and had a long work weekend.

Awesome day. The day ends with dinner and a play with my lovely wife. What a great night.

Great day. Watched Cheyenne so Ashley could work. Tracy had her interview. It also seems Dave thinks I might be a good fit there. It is something to think about.

Good day. Had an MRI today and it sucked. Found some good things at work. Plus one. House got cleaned and school is finished for now.
