Started the morning plus 117 before heading to work, training went long but we grabbed dinner then called Cheyenne. Team USA won the American Ninja Challegne competition 6-0 over team Japan.

September 27 - blood moon

Saw the blood moon today. Also snagged three geocaches and had lunch with Mary and Ricardo.

Started the morning plus 116 then off to the ren fest. Did take Tracy to the dr for her eye.

Made it KC today and we are back together.

Did not ice again tonight. Still no eating out though. Missing Tracy but only 48 hours

Well tried to get the oil changed but no flters. Tracy is heading to the game tonight, the boys and I watched the A-Team

Date night was awesome. We built a nice campfire and had s'mores. Looked at a beautiful sky. Started the morning, ended date night plus 114

Well date night is camping tonight in the mountains. Started the day p,us 113 now off to get ready for the camping trip.

Went to the new dentist. Started the morning plus 112 first though

Got in 10,000 steps today. Worked on the front yard and got to hang out with Cheyenne. Chiefs beat Houston,

Tracy got home and we started plus 110 and then slept in. Had plus 111 in the morning. Met the kids for lunch. Ended the night with a hot tub soak and dinner at wilkersons

About 6.00 in tolls but tracy is home. Good to have her back.

Heading to the airport soon for more training. It is good they want her back for this but sucks she is going again so soon. At least it is only four days.

Started the morning plus 107 then off to the Hampton roads picnic. It was a good one. Met signal and collected a new coin and pathtag,

Well counting the afternoon and evening Sunday today makes day 12 even thought she will be back home in 12 hours. Cannot wait!!!!!!!

She did get home and after dinner we had a little dessert. Plus 106

Redid the kitchen shelf. Looks good. Hung the frame not bad. Need to paint the door. Tomorrow the office shelf. Did get the car washed.
