It was a good day. Made some more strides at work. Got 12600 steps today. Watered to get ready for tomorrow when we seed.

Total 252 this morning. Determination is now the key. Did 50 minutes at 3.5 incline 3.0. Tonight doctor then ride at the park. Hoping for about 12 miles at least.

Rained most of the day. Bought the outfit cheyenne is coming home in. Had a great evening with Alex and ashley. All in all a great day. And 9700 steps to boot.

Fantastic day. Finished the sale with $600 in profit. Might have a bite on the Mary kay too. Had dinner at strouds with the girls and added Kayla to my phone plan. Now she owes more. Got the first 200 for rent from her. Plus one good one.

Pretty good day. Farewell lunch for Jason and greg. Rained some. Picked up the new X-Men and the remote start was installed. It is the wrong one so I will be dealing with Kia tomorrow. Perfect day. Nice weather. Mowed the yard and walked with pepper. Got 15,444 steps and no eating out. Did test 4 tonight

Great day top off windows open. Zac bought his ticket and will be late paying us back. Took Pepper for a walk and bought Tracy new shoes. Built the new shelf.

It has been a great trip. The vacation is over we saw a lot and did a lot. We did not get to see Alcatraz but we did find sand dollars. We did the pier and it sone great pictures. Things to note San Francisco is very foggy and cool. Not to cool but if you do not have thick skin it can be cool. the fog sucked almost saw no sun and really never even thought about about getting in the ocean.

While vacation is fun it is always nice to get home. Pepper was really happy to see us too.

Got to SF okay. Was sick on the plane. Got 6200 steps but it did not count a walk with Pepper. Ate some mexican and relaxing now.
