June 28 - XX transformers

Drove down to see the new office.  Then headed to the beach. Water was nice. Decided to grab a room for the night. Also saw the transformers 4. Not a bad movie. Plus 53 and 54

June 24 - X

Lovely day ended up skipping ball. Had a great night with Cheyenne and. Tracy and had plus 52 * played wii 

June 22 time - x

Well this is the start. Wii says age 23 and obese of course. At 238 not to bad a start. Tracy says 241 and she is  28 so good starting point. Two week goal is 4 and meeting. It means we get a new shirt or pair of shorts. Plus 51

Started the morning plus 49 and had a great day. Always a good time in eureka.

June 11 - Branson

In Branson for the night, meeting Shawn for lunch at Lamberts. Should be a good time.

June 9 - X

Good day. Accomplished closing bank accounts. Went to take care of paperwork. Saw the old place which is for sale already. Even got to see Bill and Par. Had a little nap and plus 48 * before massages.

June 8 - X

Had a pretty lazy start to the day did not get up until after 9. Hit Strouds for lunch. Stopped for supplies and then relaxed some. Ended up going to Caleb's birthday party and watched him play volleyball. Plus 47*

June 7 - KC

Flight in was good. Grabbed a minivan for space. Room is pretty nice too. Then the proposal was pretty good. Zac did a great job. Ashley said yes and we watched Malefiecnt. Pretty good movie.

June 6 - X

Great day but the end of a long bittersweet week. John has had a bigger impact than I imagined. Ended with taking Cheyenne and Ashley to the airport and a plus 46. KC tomorrow
