Started the day plus 81 and then had a cleaning.

September 29- Chey wow subscribe

Signed up for 6 months on wow. Did the mid-term.

September 28 - wow Chey

Played some and Tracy got a massage. Watched the girls

September 27 - Cheyenne wow

Played some after school, had family dinner pizza not bad but it was cold.

September 25 - Chey wow

Played a bit more and got to see Cheyenne.

September 26- x

Started the morning plus 80. Doing some school stuff and then wow some more. 

September 24 - x

Started the morning in North Carolina with plus 79. Got to see what Tracy does and the. Come home. Tomorrow get to see Cheyenne.

September 22 - xx wow

Played a little wow. Started plus 77 and after work plus 78. Tomorrow it is off to North Carolina.

September 20 - x wow

Started the day plus 76. Went to see the Giver. Not a bad movie. Had family dinner the last with Kayla. Had the bikes checked out and for the odometer. Pretty good day.

September 19 - bike wow

Played some wow only trying to get skills up. Hit 100 on all of them. Went on a nice bike ride about two miles.

September 17 - Y8 X

Great day. Hit the Y for a good one. Hung out with the girls. Ended up plus 75.

September 15 - Y7

Hit the gym and did good. Hung with Cheyenne tonight

September 9 - Chey x

Cheyenne had her first day of school and I took the afternoon off to hang. Plus 74

September 5 - x

Looked at a place at Lake Ana. Not a chance. Plus 73

September 2- y6

Hit the gym after work.

September 1 - wow

Played with Tim, Greg and his wife. Hit level 25.

September 1 - x stay

Well started the day plus 72. Wii says 237.8 and 44. She gets 242.9 and 31. Starting point and school is back time to become more serious about it all.

August 31 - x

Ended up up plus 71 so far. Had a great time this weekend .
