Great day. There is a plan. Pipsqueak is still sick so no gym but a massage tonight. Olympics is going well Phelps with two more medals both gold to win more than anyone. Womens team got gold in gymnastics.

Great day. Ate good worked out at the gym. Tool the dogs to class and they did great. Life is pretty good. My only concerns are size 40 and high A1C. today was a very good day.day one kicked off started everything going great

Wii said 41 but at 247.1. I do well for a while then boom explode. Gym three days this week though so maybe change by next week. Never let the little stuff get you down.

Tracy was down 6.6 and 41 too.

Great day overall. Had a burger in fries at home for dinner. The fries sucked. Did the shopping and finished the day with 12,000 steps.

Well had the first one and it was rough but not impossible. A bit sore for sure. But got to start somewhere. Also got a finger safe for the gun in our room. Ate a salad for lunch chicken ceaser salad.

Started the day with oatmeal on the deck and watering the trees. Then off to James A Reed park for a trail walk. Spider webs galore!!!!

Had a good day. Pepper and Peanut back to the vet but good news. Not what we thought. Played bingo with tracy and Ashley it was fun. Came close but no wins tonight.

Hung up two more ceiling fans and two outdoor lights. Pretty good day but hot again. Should break tomorrow. Hit the Wii and am 33 in Wii age. Spent 20 minutes doing things.

Great day but hot. Went to the dr and got a new script go back on Monday for labs. I think they will be worse but time to fix this. Gym and trainer tomorrow and it begins.

Well Cheyenne climbed the stairs by herself. We fixes the fence in the back and put up a new fan in our room and Cheyenne's.
