Tracy is off on the road again but will be back soon.

Started the morning plus 23 then hit the hot tub. A little homework a and plus 24 later and it is lunch and Walmart before getting back to work. Office today after closet yesterday.

Tracy got home we had lunch the plus 22 and hot the hot tub which owns working again.

February 25 - day 14

Got in 2.25 miles today 1 mile at 5.0 and the last 1/2 mile straight

February 24 - day 13

Hit another 2 plus with every other lap at 5.0

February 23 - day 12

At least 1 mile at 5.0 not bad.

February 22 - day 11

Tracy headed out to Pennsylvania hit 2 miles on the mill.

Hot 8 geocaches with Cheyenne and started the day plus 21

Got home today with a little caching along the way. Got Tracy her birthday present finally two work out outfits.

Headed to Staunton for the anniversary trip this week. Had to wake up for work issues early but the morning started plus 17.

It as a good day as we moved all Cheyennes things and got her room setup.

Hot tub broke for some reason. Every time I turn it on the power shuts off. Cheyenne and Ashley have moved in pretty much, Tracy leaves tomorrow .

Well looks like the move is  back on. We picked up Cheyenne and we all hit the hot tub tonight. Plus 15

Started the morning plus 14. Now off to the doctor,

February 4 - Tracy's birthday

Got her a card and going to the mall to shop. Dinner at Tims not bad.

Started the morning plus 13. Moved the office and hing out with Cheyenne she spent the night.

Looks like the girls are moving back in with us. Tracy got home today.
