Ok so today is the first day of spring and it is the start of a lovely day. The kids are here for the week. I know I have said this before but this time it has to be real. I am following the weights and the training and now I need to cut out bad food. The plan is weights, training and eat out no more than twice. I can do this.
Met my goals last week one more time for that and I will try and find a person to get my doors off for me. Plus one
