Training day 1

Here it is:

4 minutes at 3.3 then 1 minute at 4.0
4 minutes at 3.3 then 1 minute at 4.5
4 minutes at 3.3 then 1 minute at 5.0
4 minutes at 3.3 then 1 minute at 5.0

Cool down at 3.3 for 4 minutes
