Well it appears I am still having problems getting in the groove. I just can't figure out my issue. I do great until after work then it all goes to hell.
No treadmill decided to lay in bed with Tracy for that extra hour or so. It was great we do not lay together as much anymore. Pepper is always there some where lurking.
