Goals

For the weekly goals for the month of April, I am going to accomplish the following:

1. Walk or walk/run 5 days each week
2. Lift weights at the gym at least 3 days each week
3. Eat out at no more than once per week

Bi-Weekly Goals

1. Follow goals on Wii Fit

Monthly Goals

1. Accomplish weekly goals every week
2. Lose at least 10 pounds in the month

Rewards:

Weekly goals accomplished reward is two new songs for the I-Phone
Bi-Weekly goals accomplished reward is movie night for each
Monthly goals accomplished reward is seat covers.

Goals will be tracked with a closing post each day.
