Treadmill work 3:00 @ 3.5 then 2:00 @ 5.0 for 48 minutes and 3.268 miles.
Watered the tree and tomato plants this morning. It is going to be a good day even though my favorite person is not here and it is going to be hot. Second day in the 90s with the heat index over 100 today.
