Well hit the treadmill this morning and my knee was still stiff. Did 3.246 miles in 48 minutes 3:00 @ 3.5 then 2:00 @ 5.0 followed by 43:00 @ 3.5.
Tracy comes home tonight not early but she still comes home. She stayed so Vicki would not be alone.
