Treadmill did 3.5 for 49 minutes and 2.867 miles changed the incline first 5:00 @ 0.0 then 5:00 @ 1.0 then 2.0 then 3.0 then 4.0 for 10:00 then 3.0 for 10:00 then the last 9:00 at 2.0.
